Provide coaching and disciplining to staffs, planing, monitoring, and appraising job results. Develop initiatives to optimize logistics cost. Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and request place orders to SC as needed. Ensure inventory accuracy and issuing the monthly report to Senior Manufacturing manager and Finance team and get full responsibility to explain to top management team if any incorrect report data. [Requirements] Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or relevant field. Critical thinking and excellent problem solving skills. At least 5 years of experience with level Manager in warehouse field, automotive industry experience is a plus. Experience in working with SAP, Jira. Highly detail-oriented. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and autonomously, without formal requirements documentation, in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage changing priorities. Hi-tech, consumer goods is a plus. Good English oral and writing ability.
