We serve enterprise clients across Vietnam and the Korean market, delivering cloud architecture, deployment, and managed operations across AWS, local cloud platforms, and VMware environments. Role Summary We are looking for a junior Cloud Solutions Architect with real, hands-on cloud experience. You will design, deploy, and operate production cloud infrastructure from day one - working directly with enterprise clients across Korean and Vietnamese accounts. This is a technical role; demonstrated hands-on skill matters more than credentials alone. Key Responsibilities • Design and deploy AWS infrastructure (VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, ELB, CloudWatch, Route 53, CloudFront, etc.) based on client requirements • Monitor and operate cloud environments for availability, security, and cost efficiency on a daily basis • Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents end-to-end - network diagnosis through application connectivity - with clear documentation • Support migration of on-premises and VMware workloads to AWS and Vietnam local cloud platforms • Write and maintain technical documentation: architecture diagrams, runbooks, SOPs, and incident post-mortems • Communicate with Korean and Vietnamese client teams in both English and Vietnamese • Assist senior architects in scoping and proposing cloud solutions during pre-sales and project discovery Requirements • Vietnamese national (Vietnamese citizens only) • Less than 2 years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure or solutions architecture • Hands-on AWS skills are mandatory - deployment, day-to-day operations, and troubleshooting must be demonstrable • Proficient in both English and Vietnamese (written and spoken) - client communication in both languages is a core requirement • Solid understanding of cloud networking: VPC design, subnets, routing, security groups, NAT, DNS, and VPN • Familiarity with VMware virtualization (vSphere, vCenter, or equivalent) • Awareness of Vietnam local cloud providers: VNG Cloud, Viettel Cloud, CMC Cloud • Ability to read logs, metrics, and monitoring dashboards to identify root causes Preferred Qualifications • AWS certification holder - AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or higher is strongly preferred; any AWS certification is a plus • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools: Terraform or AWS CloudFormation • Linux system administration (CentOS / Ubuntu): user management, networking, shell scripting • Familiarity with monitoring tools: CloudWatch, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana • Exposure to container platforms: Docker, ECS, or EKS • Basic scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell What We Offer • Hands-on experience with production cloud environments from day one • Structured mentorship from senior cloud architects • Certification study support and AWS exam fee sponsorship • Competitive salary with performance-linked reviews • Exposure to international (Korean and Vietnamese) enterprise client accounts • Modern office in central Ho Chi Minh City
