This includes implementing security measures, responding to emergencies, incidents, and collaborating with school’s staff, students, faculty, parents… and law enforcement agencies to ensure the well-being of everyone on the campus. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ●​ Ensure the safety of all individuals on campus Đảm bảo an toàn cho tất cả mọi người trong khuôn viên trường ●​ Maintain security on the school premises and grounds Duy trì an ninh trong sân và khuôn viên trường ●​ Identify and report any suspicious activities or individuals, incidents, or accidents to the manager Xác định và báo cáo bất kỳ sự bất thường/sự cố/tai nạn nào cho cấp trên ●​ Control traffic Kiểm soát giao thông ●​ Monitor visitors, contractors, vendors, and workers Giám sát khách/nhà thầu/nhà cung cấp/công nhân ●​ Respond to emergencies affecting the safety and security of the premises Ứng phó với các trường hợp khẩn cấp ảnh hưởng đến sự an toàn và an ninh của trường ●​ Manage all safety and security systems, including fire alarms, firefighting equipment, intrusion alarms, access control, CCTV …etc Quản lý tất cả các hệ thống an toàn/an ninh; bao gồm báo cháy, chữa cháy, báo động xâm nhập, kiểm soát ra vào, camera quan sát, vv... ●​ Supervise the third-party security personnel Giám sát nhân viên an ninh bên thứ ba ●​ Conduct training sessions for security guards on safety and security protocols Đào tạo nhân viên bảo vệ về các quy định an toàn và an ninh ●​ Assist in enforcing UNIS Hanoi procedures and regulations Hỗ trợ thực thi các quy trình và quy định của UNIS Hà Nội ●​ Ensure the proper functioning of security equipment Đảm bảo hoạt động bình thường của thiết bị an ninh ●​ Report any issues with equipment and assist in coordinating repair or replacements Báo cáo các vấn đề về thiết bị và phối hợp sửa chữa hoặc thay thế ●​ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager Thực thi tất cả các nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm khác theo sự phân công của người quản lý trực tiếp [Requirements] Education/qualification/Trình độ học vấn: ●​ High School Graduation Tốt nghiệp Trung học phổ thông Experience/Kinh nghiệm: ●​ Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a similar role, preferably in large multicultural organizations, is an advantage Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực an ninh, thực thi pháp luật, hoặc vị trí tương đương, đặc biệt trong các tổ chức đa văn hóa lớn là một lợi thế Technical knowledge/Kiến thức chuyên môn: ●​ Good discipline and attitude Thái độ và kỷ luật tốt ●​ English communication skills Có kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh ●​ Strong communication and interpersonal skills Kỹ năng tương tác và giao tiếp tốt ●​ Knowledge of emergency response procedures and protocols Có kiến thức về các quy trình ứng phó với trường hợp khẩn cấp ●​ Ability to follow instructions and standards strictly Khả năng tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các tiêu chuẩn và hướng dẫn ●​ Customer service and result orientation Chú trọng kết quả công việc và dịch vụ khách hàng
