1. Cost Analysis & Reporting Management Oversee manufacturing cost analysis, including raw materials, fabrics, trims, labor, utilities, and manufacturing overhead. Monitor standard versus actual costs, assess variances, and recommend corrective actions to improve cost efficiency. Ensure accurate, complete, and timely costing and profitability reports and SAP cost data. 2. Budgeting & Cost Control Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of manufacturing cost budgets and forecasts aligned with business objectives. Develop and implement cost optimization initiatives to minimize material waste and improve production efficiency. Evaluate cost control performance and recommend improvements to achieve budget targets. 3. SAP Costing Management Oversee SAP costing operations, including product costing, cost allocation, and inventory valuation. Ensure the accuracy of material consumption, production order, and manufacturing overhead data in SAP. Lead the resolution of costing discrepancies and oversee month-end manufacturing cost closing activities. 4. Cross-functional Coordination Lead collaboration with Production, Planning, Sourcing, Merchandising, Purchasing, and Finance to ensure effective cost management. Provide cost insights and recommendations to support pricing strategies, quotations, and business decisions. 5. Standardization & Process Improvement Lead process standardization, establish SOPs, and streamline costing methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. 6. Strategic Advisory & Management Support Provide senior management with strategic cost insights and recommendations to support price negotiations, cost approvals, and strategic decision-making. [Requirements] 1.Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Cost Accounting, or related fields. 2. Experience 7–10 years of experience in cost accounting, manufacturing cost management, or financial analysis, including at least 2–3 years in a comparable managerial role. Experience in costing management within textile, fabric, garment, or other manufacturing industries is preferred. Experience overseeing SAP-based costing operations is preferred. 3. Skills & Competencies In-depth knowledge of manufacturing cost management, budgeting, cost allocation, and variance analysis. Strong understanding of cost structures and production processes in the textile and garment industries. Proficient in SAP costing functions and advanced Excel. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
