• Planning & Demand Analysis: Evaluates planned order and exception reports. Analyzes requirements for supplies, raw materials, and equipment necessary for the operation of production and other internal customers. • Purchasing & Negotiation: Evaluates planned order and exception reports. Issue POs, monitor order status, expedite urgent shipments, and communicate delays proactively. • Vendor & Account Reconciliation: Reconciles any invoice issues with Accounts Payable and vendors as required. *Working Schedule: Type: Full-time shift work (Fixed 3rd shift or Rotating shifts) - 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM - 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM [Requirements] • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Fresh Graduates only • Language Skills: Fluency in English (writing, reading, and speaking) is required.
