We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Pricing Specialist to strengthen our Ocean Freight Pricing Team in Vietnam, with a primary focus on Asia and Europe trade lanes. Prepare accurate, competitive, and timely ocean freight quotations for inquiries from the Sales Team, overseas Barsan offices, and customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing shipping lines, NVOCCs, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners. Identify, approach, and develop new suppliers to expand our purchasing capacity and strengthen our supplier network. Arrange and attend supplier meetings, industry events, and business development activities. Work closely with the Sales Team to support customer acquisition, business development, and customer retention. Analyze freight rates, shipping routes, transit times, and carrier services to identify the most competitive solutions. Monitor quotation results and follow up on pricing competitiveness to identify improvement opportunities. Prepare weekly pricing reports, including market developments, supplier updates, and pricing activities. Regularly monitor ocean freight market trends, carrier capacity, rate fluctuations, and industry developments to identify opportunities and take appropriate actions. [Requirements] Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, preferably with a strong background in ocean freight pricing and procurement. Strong knowledge of the Vietnam ocean freight market, shipping lines, NVOCCs, and freight forwarding operations. Proven experience in ocean freight pricing, rate negotiations, and supplier relationship management. Good understanding of international shipping routes, carrier services, and market pricing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple pricing inquiries, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and cooperative attitude. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Good command of Microsoft Office Responsible, detail-oriented, and motivated to continuously improve individual and team performance.
