• Lead: 5 team members • Lead and monitor daily operations with a hands-on mindset to ensure seamless fulfillment • Manage customer relationships and engage early in the NPI (New Product Introduction) stage. • Handle customer complaints and mitigate operational risks • Oversee supplier billing alignment and customer AR (Accounts Receivable) collection. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage market intelligence to improve workflows. [Requirements] • 5+ years in a management/leadership role. • 3+ years in operations or customer service. • Has experience in the packaging-related industry. • English proficiency (TOEIC 780+ or equivalent).
