JOB SUMMARY The Production Management Engineer is responsible for coordinating manpower, managing production processes, and ensuring production schedules are achieved efficiently while maintaining product quality standards. This role includes monitoring daily operations, training employees on work procedures, analyzing production issues, and supporting continuous improvement activities. The position also involves managing raw materials, preparing production plans based on customer orders, and reporting production progress and operational issues to management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES - Arrange and coordinate personnel to ensure production progress. - Training on working procedures and standards for employees. - Manage production processes to ensure productivity and quality. - Analyze problems that arise in production and propose solutions. - Manage raw materials, make production plans based on orders. - Report work progress and problems to superiors. REQUIREMENTS Education - Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Materials, Mechanic, Automation, Industrial Management or related fields. Experience & Skill - Open for fresher. - Experience in Textile industry is an advantage. - Basic English communication skills. - Word/ Excel/ SAP. WORKING CONDITIONS - Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off). - Location: N2 Street, Nhon Trach 5 Industrial Zone, Nhon Trach Ward, Dong Nai City, Vietnam.
