Trách nhiệm chính • Thực hiện QC/Inspection cho Static Equipment tại hiện trường, tập trung vào Drum, Tower và các thiết bị tĩnh trong quá trình Turnaround/Maintenance. • Kiểm tra tình trạng thiết bị và các hạng mục liên quan, bao gồm material, cleanliness, flange surface, internal/external condition và các yêu cầu kỹ thuật khác. • Thực hiện kiểm tra trước, trong và sau quá trình Turnaround, đảm bảo thiết bị đáp ứng yêu cầu kỹ thuật, tiêu chuẩn và specification của khách hàng. • Phối hợp với các bên liên quan trong quá trình inspection, repair/maintenance và nghiệm thu thiết bị. • Kiểm tra, cập nhật inspection records, checklists, punch lists và các hồ sơ chất lượng liên quan đến thiết bị. • Báo cáo các vấn đề về chất lượng/inspection và phối hợp theo dõi đến khi hoàn tất. JOB DESCRIPTION • Conduct QC/Inspection activities for Static Equipment, focusing on Drums, Towers and other static equipment during Turnaround and Maintenance activities. • Inspect equipment condition and related items, including material, cleanliness, flange surface, internal/external condition and other technical requirements. • Conduct inspections before, during and after Turnaround activities to ensure equipment complies with technical requirements, applicable standards and client specifications. • Coordinate with relevant teams during inspection, repair/maintenance and equipment acceptance activities. • Review and maintain inspection records, checklists, punch lists and other quality documentation related to equipment. • Report inspection/quality issues and follow up with relevant parties until completion. • Preferred local Vietnamese [Requirements] YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN • Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Mechanical, Mechanical Piping hoặc chuyên ngành kỹ thuật tương đương. • Có tối thiểu 3 lần kinh nghiệm tham gia Turnaround Inspection ở vị trí tương đương. • Có tối thiểu 6 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Maintenance, ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm với Static Equipment. • Có kinh nghiệm thực tế trong kiểm tra Drum, Tower và các Static Equipment. • Có kiến thức về material inspection, cleanliness inspection, flange surface inspection và kiểm tra tình trạng thiết bị. • Có khả năng đọc hiểu technical documents, drawings và inspection documents. • Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt. • Có kỹ năng giám sát, phối hợp và làm việc tại hiện trường tốt. • Ưu tiên ứng viên có chứng nhận/evidence về kinh nghiệm thực hiện Turnaround thành công ở vị trí tương đương. Job Requirements • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechanical Piping or equivalent technical discipline from a Polytechnic/Technical University/College or equivalent institution. • Minimum 3 Turnaround Inspection assignments/experiences in a similar position. • Minimum 6 years of experience in Maintenance, preferably with hands-on experience in Static Equipment. • Hands-on experience in inspection of Drums, Towers and other Static Equipment. • Knowledge of material inspection, cleanliness inspection, flange surface inspection and equipment condition assessment. • Ability to read and understand technical documents, drawings and inspection documentation. • Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese. • Good supervisory, coordination and site-work management skills. • Certification/evidence of successful Turnaround experience in a similar position is preferred.
