Project Management & Commercialization
• Lead end-to-end innovation and renovation projects from initiation to commercial launch.
• Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, governance routines, and risk mitigation plans to ensure on-time and in-full execution.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment, operational readiness, and successful commercialization.
• Monitor project performance against timelines, cost, quality, and business objectives; provide regular updates and escalation management when needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving
• Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and execution gaps; drive corrective actions and solution plans proactively.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance innovation processes, execution efficiency, and speed-to-market.
• Improve project management tools, tracking systems, and ways of working to strengthen execution excellence and stakeholder visibility.
Coaching & People Development
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement across project teams.
• Coach and influence cross-functional stakeholders on project governance, execution discipline, and best practices.
• Undertake additional projects, assignments, and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.
[Requirements]
Education & Professional Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in Innovation Planning, Project Management, Commercialization, Supply Chain, or New Product Development within FMCG or related industries.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional product launch/relaunch projects in a fast-paced and complex business environment.
Functional Capabilities
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, commercialization processes, and supply chain operations.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and project management tools.
• Strong command of English communication, both written and verbal.
