You’ll have the opportunity to: - Build, keep alive inspection plan at Quality Gates - Build good product quality for sub-assembly, main assembly to finish products. - Mitigate risks, preventive action. - Controlling the non-confirmity management of vehicle produce. - Controlling the COP regulation by Performing, inspection and Audit plan - Coordination to departments such : Technical, Engineering, Production for solving issues timely. - Build, keep alive good quality for PDI inspection and Dynamic Testing - Coordination, take feedback and meetings to the PPQ showroom. - Build, keep alive to robust processes : Process Audit, High Action Priority, PFMEA. - Validation and apply Pokayoke Tools to Machine, Torque or equipment. - Apply SPC, MSA Tools to validate and release new Jig, machine. - Coordination of control plan activities in order to be the point of contact to confirm inspection are done the right way, right frequency and adapt in case of special circumstances. Implementation of KPI support day to day technicians. - Coordination of control plan activities for critical processes in order to confirm traceability of measures/data, analyze SPC and confirm Quality system is acting the way it is planned. - Coordination of problem solving activities in order to be the point of contact between the production team, R&D team, supplier team and PPQ (network) team in terms of problem definition & follow up. - Will be the main point of contact about issue management to propose the containment plan, decision maker for backtrack or BO codification and/or any other decision to protect any vehicle going out of the plan with a potential issue on it. - Quality production expert working in collaboration with technical departments to improve robustness of processes and reduce the risk, working in collaboration with PFMEA/pilot run engineer to keep PFMEA info alive. - Other tasks will be assigned by Quality Coordinator or up. Reporting: To Quality Assembly Coordinator. [Requirements] Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years with the same position in the Manufacturing Assembly area. Skills: - Knowledge in 2D-3D drawing, Quality inspection, Process Audit, Final Inspection. - Familiar with Quality Tools : 7 QC Tools , Problem Solving DMAIC. Quality Control Plan, Risk assessment, PFMEA, Robust process. - Familiar with : MS Office, SAP. Languages: Vietnamese (native) and English (verbal and written).
