Job Purpose: The primary role of the position is to provide creative designing solutions to Marketing department and other key stakeholders upon requirements by Line Manager. Main Tasks and Responsibilities * Graphic Design • Responsible for conceptualizing, designing and implementing creative graphics and video clips for marketing department in all aspects: brand, channel, product and digital. • Ensure visual/design outputs attain Phu Hung Life brand guidelines, consistency and top standards in supporting brand advocacy by continuous updating instructions from Marketing department. • Support other departments of with collateral design materials. Assist others for creative thinking as well as brain storming sessions and company’s activities. • Continuously study and update new trends in creative area to frequently consult Head of Marketing on enhancing corporate brand image, guideline and templates • Participate in team projects and events as brand advocacy representative. • Manage all administrative works related to brand and creative assets ensuring smooth and continuous operation. * Digital – Rich Media – Video • Conceptualize, design and deliver a range of digital deliverables ranging from eDMs, standard and Rich Media digital display banners to .com platforms and campaign microsites. • Animate CC for HTML5 banner animations. • Short video production from concept, storyboarding, editing to finish product. • Develop user interfaces for rich internet, desktop and mobile applications [Requirements] • From 5 years of experience in creative design • Proven graphic designing experience, especially in clip and 3D development • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) • A keen eye for aesthetics and details • Good communication skills • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus BENEFITS: • Annual Heath check • Premium Healthcare Program for employees since probation + Social Insurance on 100% gross salary • Annual leave: up to 21 days depending on level • Performance bonus: Based on personal performance review and company business • Various allowances depending on level • Internal training programs and financial support for typical external programs • Various engagement activities: happy hour, outing trips,...
