• Supervise customer order handling for APAC and Vietnam markets, ensuring compliance with group policies.
• Coordinate cross‑functionally to manage daily inquiries on orders, part codes, ETA, stock levels, and credit lines; ensure accurate information flow.
• Work with warehouses to secure on‑schedule processing and shipment per agreed shipping modes; monitor daily progress.
• Oversee MIV export processes for APAC & VN; identify and resolve critical shipment issues.
• Review/approve export shipping documents; liaise with customs and forwarders for clearance and delivery.
• Coordinate with agents, suppliers, and MOIT for CO dossiers (Indonesia, Thailand, China).
• Check and confirm BL; supervise courier handling and document control; validate Export Control Sheet updates.
• Review forwarder debit notes/statements; ensure timely payment requests; manage customer complaints/claims resolution.
• Work with Procurement & suppliers on imports; supervise end‑to‑end import flow and mitigate issues.
• Review/approve import shipping documents; coordinate customs clearance and delivery to PVN; manage CO collection and tax refund process.
• Ensure accurate Import Control Sheet updates; check/approve debit notes for payment
• Direct preparation of homologation dossiers (Wheel/Tire/Battery/Mirror/Headlamp/Engine/Frame); coordinate conformity testing with Vietnam Registry; secure daily control‑sheet updates.
• Validate B13–A41 cross‑check (clearance/liquid dates, quantities, refundable materials); approve complete B13 refund dossiers (contracts, POs, sales, payments, banking, accounting).
• Prepare/review monthly reports on import/export and homologation; verify forwarder reports (Detail Declaration/AMA/Cancellation/CO delay); submit to Controlling/Tax
[Requirements]
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, International Trade, Import–Export, or similar.
• 5-7 years in Logistics, Import–Export, Supply Chain.
• Experience working with customs, forwarders, and authorities.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving.
• Good Excel.
• Good English skills.
• Time management, detail-oriented, patient, quick learner.
• Ability to train, support and work cross-functionally
