Act as a strategic finance partner to the Plant Director, driving gross margin, improving operational performance, and enabling data-driven decisions. Asist Regional Finance Director, Co-drive regional performance and standardization initiatives. Key roles and responsibilities: • Business Partnering: Advise to Plant Director; provide forward-looking insights on risks & opportunities. • Performance Driving: Involve with Plant Director to own financial performance (gross margin, cost productivity, Inventory, Capex…) • Cost Control: Lead costing, variance analysis, and drive cost optimization with operations. • Planning: Lead budgeting & forecasting; ensure alignment with operational plans. • Decision Support: Evaluate capex, pricing, make/buy, and key initiatives. • Regional Collaboration: Assist Regional Finance Director in driving regional performance, alignment, and initiatives. • Cross-Plant Coordination: Collaborate with other Plant Controllers to share best practices, benchmark performance, and drive standardization. • Reporting & Insights: Deliver accurate reporting with clear business insights. • Governance: Ensure strong controls, compliance, and inventory/capex discipline. [Requirements] Experience: • 10 years in finance, strong manufacturing experience • Proven business partnering with operations • Solid knowledge on Management Finance and Accounting. ERP (SAP preferred) • Strong analytical and influencing skills Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field ACCA/CPA is advantage Competencies: • Business acumen & strategic thinking • Ownership and result orientation • Ability to influence • Collaboration across functions and regions • Clear communication (finance & non-finance)
