1. Accounting Operations o Manage daily accounting activities including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets and expense recording o Ensure proper documentation and retention of accounting records in accordance with company policy and legal requirements. o Review and approve journal entries, vouchers and supporting documents. o Oversee loan accounting entries, provision, write-offs, and interest income recognition in line with consumer finance standards. 2. Financial Reporting o Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement (VAS) o Support IFRS reporting packages and management financial reports o Ensure accuracy and reconciliation between accounting records, core systems, and financial reports 3. Regulatory & Audit Compliance o Prepare and submit financial reports to SBV, MOF, and other regulators as required. o Oversee tax declaration, payment, and reconciliation (CIT, VAT, ect..) o Ensure compliance with accounting auditing, and tax regulations. 4. Internal Control and Audit o Coordinate statutory and internal audits, providing necessary documentation and clarifications. o Maintain effective internal control processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of accounting data. o Implement corrective actions from audit findings. 5. Team Management o Supervise and develop accounting staff to ensure efficiency and high-quality performance. o Provide guidance and training on accounting standards, documentation, and processes. o Foster collaboration between accounting and other departments [Requirements] 1. Qualification - University degree with major in accounting/finance/banking - Chief Accountant certificate - Hold relevant accounting/finance certifications, e.g. CPA, ACCA, 2. Work Experience - At least 08 years of relevant industry experience. - At least 05 years of experience in finance/ banking. Practical experience in a business-driven culture and customer service oriented atmosphere and multi-national corporations is preferred. - Experience in managing group/regional financial reporting and approval processes 3. Knowledge - Accounting standards – local and IFRS - Familiar with accounting systems and processes - Cash management - Management accounting - Taxation 4.
