Financial Statements & Reporting system (VAS, IFRS) • Prepare reporting systems relating to financial statements (VAS, IFRS) • Ensure financial reports are accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable accounting standards (VAS and IFRS) • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary accounting records and explanations Control of Accounting entries & General ledger Management • Maintain and control the bank’s accounting entries and general ledger • Record and reconcile daily banking transactions. Oversee bank reconciliations, balance sheet reviews, and general ledger entries. • Ensure accounting entries are properly recorded in accordance with accounting standards and internal controls. • Formulate and recommend accounting policies and makes recommendations to improve existing accounting system. Internal Management & Analytical Reporting • Prepare internal financial and management reports for Managers. • Analyze financial data, identify variances, trends, and potential risks • Other required reports. Audit support • Prepare internal financial and management reports for Managers. • Coordinate internal and external audits, preparing necessary financial documentation and reports. • Ensure all transactions and procedures follow local banking laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
