China Construction Bank Corporation – HCMC Branch is now seeking qualified and enthusiastic individuals for the following positions: Administration Department s’ Senior Officer (01 positions) Key Responsibilities I.1 - Human Resources: To control and monitor as the following details: • Human Resource and Administration s’ policies & procedures; • Salary, Compensation & Benefits; • Training; • HR System inputs database; • Recruitment; • Performance and career development management.; II. 2 – Administration: • To control Office activities in order; • To control Administration expenses for supporting business services; • To hold all business events; • To get through all procedures and regulations to Local Authorities.; • To take care all expatriates’ procedures whom have worked in Vietnam including: rental house, work permit application, visas, children s’ school…; • To supervise security and maintain office s’ equipment.; • To plan the budget.; • To do all reports which is concerned to Sate Bank, Union, DIV, Labor Dept., Personal Income Tax and Finalization, Social Insurance, and other local organizations. [Requirements] • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law. • Have working experience at Administration, General Affairs or Human Resource Department at least 10 years. • Good understanding of Labor Code and banking practices and regulations. • Team oriented and possessing good interpersonal skill. • Good command of spoken and written in Mandarin Chinese and English.
