1. Job Purpose -Own the Master Planning process for all customer orders by developing and controlling the Master Planning Timeline from order confirmation through shipment. -Drive cross-functional execution to ensure every planning milestone is completed according to the committed timeline. -Lead planning reviews, identify risks, coordinate recovery actions, and escalate critical issues to ensure on-time customer delivery. -Improve planning visibility, execution discipline, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives 2. Key Responsibilities 2.1 Master Planning Ownership -Review customer forecasts, sales orders, shipment priorities, and customer revisions. -Develop, maintain, and own the Master Planning Timeline for every customer order. -Define planning milestones, responsible functions, and target completion dates throughout the order lifecycle. -Prioritize customer orders based on business priorities, production capability, and delivery commitments. Ensure the Master Planning Timeline is communicated and understood by all related functions. 2.2 Planning Control & Cross-functional Leadership -Own and control the execution of the Master Planning Timeline across all functions. -Lead regular planning review meetings to review progress, validate milestone completion, and align recovery actions. -Require all responsible departments to provide progress updates, completion commitments, and recovery plans according to the agreed timeline. -Drive all functions to complete their assigned planning milestones on schedule. -Challenge delays, remove planning obstacles, and coordinate corrective actions to recover the overall project schedule. -Escalate unresolved planning issues and delivery risks to management when customer commitments are at risk. Ensure accountability from all stakeholders throughout the planning execution process. 2.3 Planning Risk Management -Identify planning risks at every stage of the order lifecycle. -Evaluate the impact of planning risks on production schedules and customer delivery commitments. -Develop and coordinate recovery scenarios with relevant departments. -Monitor execution of recovery plans and verify their effectiveness. -Provide early warning and planning risk visibility to management for timely decision-making. 2.4 Planning Visibility, Reporting & Continuous Improvement -Maintain complete visibility of planning status for all customer orders. -Ensure planning reports, dashboards, risk status, and milestone progress are accurate and updated on time. -Prepare planning performance reports for management review. -Analyze planning performance and identify improvement opportunities. -Lead planning process improvements and support ERP/MRP enhancements to improve planning efficiency and execution control. 2.5 Team Leadership -Lead, coach, and develop the Master Planning team. -Assign priorities, monitor team performance, and ensure workload balance. -Build a culture of planning discipline, accountability, and proactive communication. -Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team [Requirements] Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in Master Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Planning within the Ceramic or Furniture manufacturing industry, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, planning principles, and cross-functional coordination. Experience with ERP/MRP systems, advanced MS Excel, and good written and spoken English. Strong planning, analytical, and project management skills. Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive execution without direct authority. Strong problem-solving, risk management, and continuous improvement mindset
