Job Responsibilities • Liaise with regional and global internal customers, and facilitate cross-functional team collaboration • Evaluate quotations from vendors, give cost-feature trade-off directions and determine tooling optimization • Manage model makers on-site to develop engineering prototypes • Propose mechanical design solutions • Evaluate engineering pilot samples and provide modification directions • Ensure production output aligning with committed target in technical perspective • Evaluate the development plan, oversee and manage the development against the quality, cost & schedule baselines • Evaluate product development schedule • Oversee and lead on-site the team and their development activities • On-site review on production line setup for inland or overseas manufacturing vendors • Travel to factories (Phu Tho, Hai Duong, Nam Dinh, Hai Phong) and some international travel is required [Requirements] Job requirements • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or equivalent • 3 years working experience in project management in toys industry • Good in toys product structural and mechanism design, materials selection and manufacturing process • Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible & able to work independently • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good command of spoken and written English Please kindly send English CV to us.
