Platform Enhancement: Drive major initiatives, such as platform rebranding and UI/UX reconstruction, to enhance both candidate and employer experiences. Requirement Translation: Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and actionable tasks for development teams. Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including BRD/FRD, wireframes, and system flows. Development Collaboration: Work closely with Development teams to ensure clear requirement understanding and seamless execution. Support A/B testing and feature validation initiatives Contribute to optimization of user journey and conversion rate [Requirements] 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or a hybrid PO cum BA role. Strong foundation in business analysis with a clear career aspiration to deeply engage in Product Ownership. Technical & Analytical Skills BA Fundamentals: Excellent requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation skills (BRD/FRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria). Technical Translation: Ability to translate high-level business goals and market needs into clear technical specifications and actionable sprints. Product Visualization: Proficiency in creating wireframes, system flow diagrams, and documentation to effectively communicate the product vision. System Understanding: Solid grasp of APIs, system architecture, and data flows to collaborate efficiently with developers. Data-Driven: Comfortable analyzing product performance data and metrics to validate features and guide further enhancements. Stakeholder Management: Clear communication skills to bridge the gap between business stakeholders (BOD, Sales, Marketing) and technical execution teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with recruitment platforms, CRM, or matching-based products. Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or integrating AI-driven features into products.
