• The Production staff will be in charge of all the production activities including and not limited of following up production planning, checking and following up the production progress. • Ensuring the production achievement and production quality and report to Manager about bottle neck issues which may affect production plan and shipping plan. • Making resource plan including training plan based on budget plan. • Preparing and ensuring 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) for production activities. • Ensuring 5S and safety at workplace. • Assessing risks and taking action to prevent risks at workplace. • Investigating & finding RCCA (root cause, corrective action) of problems and take corrective action to prevent reoccurrence. • Proposing improvements and implementing improvements which reduce cost, enhance product quality and work performance. • Other tasks as required from Direct Manager and Deputy Manager.
