- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs. - Mapping market - Sourcing passive candidates for various job positions. - Building relationships with potential candidates and current applicants and keeping in touch with past employees and candidates. - Building and managing a talent pool of qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles. - Browsing resume databases and portfolio sites. - Joining social media groups and professional networks and interacting with potential candidates. - Maintaining organized databases with candidates’ data. - Attending job fairs and organizing career events. - Researching and recommending new sourcing tools and techniques. - Supporting the coordination of interviews and communication with candidates. - Managing recruitment operations (screening CVs, interviewing schedules,...) - Reporting recruitment status on weekly, monthly and yearly basis [Requirements] - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven work experience as a IT Headhunter, IT Recruiter or similar. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Experience with report writing and data analytics. - Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including Boolean search). - Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g. resume databases and portfolio sites). - Excellent persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruitment emails). - Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor law and HR operations. - Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English. - Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills. - High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism. - Good organizational and time management skills.
