1) Job Description: • Design and produce high-quality marketing and branding materials, including social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, presentations, digital advertisements and other visual assets. • Create, edit, and produce short-form and long-form videos for social media, marketing campaigns, company events and promotional activities. • Develop creative visual concepts and ensure consistency with the company's brand identity and visual guidelines. • Edit videos for platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including cutting, transitions, subtitles, music, effects, color correction and basic motion graphics. • Take and edit photos and videos for company activities, events, marketing campaigns and internal communications when required. • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop creative ideas and execute marketing campaigns and promotional materials. • Manage and update visual content across the company's website and social media platforms. • Keep up to date with current design trends, social media formats, video trends and creative content to improve the company's visual communication. • Monitor the performance of visual and video content and provide creative recommendations for improvement. • Support other marketing and creative tasks as assigned. [Requirements] 2) Qualifications and Requirements: • Bachelor's or College degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing. Candidates with a strong portfolio may be considered regardless of years of experience. • Strong skills in graphic design and video editing with a good eye for composition, typography, color and visual storytelling. • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or other equivalent design/video editing tools. • Experience creating social media content, short-form videos/Reels/TikTok videos is highly preferred. • Experience with photography, videography, motion graphics or animation is an advantage. • Portfolio is required. • Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to develop ideas independently. • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Good communication and teamwork skills. 3) Working Conditions and Benefits: • Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday); 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Saturday). • Professional and dynamic working environment. • Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus. • 13th-month salary and annual performance bonus. • Social, health, and unemployment insurance in accordance with Vietnamese Labor Law. • Premium healthcare package after successful completion of the probation period. • 12 days of annual leave per year. • Company trip once per year. • Complimentary coffee and snacks provided.
