Lead the Technical Training team in designing and delivering technical development programs across the Group. Supervise and develop the Training team and provide hands-on technical training to employees. Ensure employees continuously develop the technical skills and knowledge required to perform their daily tasks effectively and meet production needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure all new hires receive basic technical training. Develop and implement training plans for new trainees in line with the plant’s production growth plan, ensuring timely and adequate resource readiness to meet production needs. - Conduct individual and team skills gap analyses to identify technical training needs and development priorities. - Plan and develop effective training resources and materials to support the department’s technical training activities. - Develop and deliver technical training programs for different skill levels, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced. - Develop technical training programs for new production sectors and continuously review and improve them to align with evolving production requirements. - Drive initiatives to enhance the company’s operational value and capabilities, including Lean Manufacturing and other innovative concepts. - Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Superiors. [Requirements] 1. Education: - University degree in Training, Human Resources, Engineering, Manufacturing, or other related fields. Additional certifications in Technical Training, Lean Manufacturing, or Project Management are a plus. 2. Experience: - Proven experience as a Technical Training Manager, Training Manager, or in a similar technical training role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. 3. Skills & Abilities: - Good command of written and spoken English. - Strong communication, coordination, and planning skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Proactive, energetic, and results-oriented. - Systematic, methodical, detail-oriented, thorough, and transparent in work. - Positive, enthusiastic, creative, adaptable to change, and able to work effectively under pressure. - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. - Good computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
