[Responsibilities] Support to install Data Streams's software or configure environments. Training for customer about Product functions. Receive customer's support requirements and find the way and handle them. Website Design, development and maintenance of corporate homepages. Development of UI Program for Web-based Software Products. Development web portal systems linked to big data platforms. Manage and grow a strong team of Web developers. Support and deploy development server for DEV team. Support and deploy test server for QA team. Training server management for members. Manage all devices. Request device for members when having requirements. Support to BD Team for researching Customer's technical request. [Requirements] Required Skills Basic knowledge of IT systems (Operating Systems, Networking, Databases) Understanding of Web applications (Client–Server model, HTTP/HTTPS) Ability to read logs and perform basic issue analysis Basic knowledge of SQL and database operations Familiarity with Linux/Unix command line is a plus Good communication skills and ability to support end users Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and proactive attitude at work Preferred Qualifications Major in IT or related fields Basic knowledge of Java or general understanding of Back-end applications Understanding of system operation processes (deployment, monitoring is a plus) Experience in internships or projects related to system operation or technical support Familiarity with tools such as: Git, Docker (basic level), Log monitoring tools (ELK stack, Kibana, etc.) Good teamwork and collaboration skills with Dev and QA teams Plus Points Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, debugging, or supporting users High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure Self-motivated in learning and applying new technologies Education Level: University Working Time: Monday to Friday (08h30 – 17h30)
